So what makes a pasta “Greek”? Why, adding feta cheese, of course! I opted to prepare this overtly stereotypically titled recipe, from Allrecipes.com, in order to enjoy a hearty mixture of pasta, beans, spinach, and cheese. Let’s ignore what we actual call it…
I customized this recipe to yield 4 servings. I added 1 clove of garlic, along with a dried Italian spice mix including basil and oregano, to a mixture of canned crushed and whole tomatoes. Remember to add salt and pepper to the sauce. This recipe was an easy winner.
