Peanut Butter Banana PopsicleHere’s another popsicle.

And it fits right into my aforementioned popsicle ideology: no junk and no fuss.

See the “Peanut Butter Banana Popsicles,” from Angie’s Recipes, for what they are. Four simple ingredients, mixed and frozen. Know that 100 g of peanut butter equals 3.53 oz., and 120 ml of coconut water is 4 oz. (here’s what I used).

This popsicle is a full-frontal assault of frozen banana. No apologies. You’ll also experience the richness of the peanut butter. I even tossed in some whole roasted (unsalted) peanuts into my popsicle molds, to be cute. In fact, all this nuttiness had me craving salt, which I dare you to mix into your batch.

Stand by for more summertime pop-ups soon.
