Floral Ice PopHere’s another popsicle. I’ve been bedazzled by pretty flowers.

If you’ve got a source of organic, edible flowers (I do), then there’s no holding you back. This should be the time of year when we dream about eating herbs and flowers, no? I was motivated after seeing the “Floral Ice Pops” at The Nest.

After the flowers, imagine a clear liquid (not water!). I reached for original, unfiltered Bruce Cost Ginger Ale, bottled in Brooklyn, spicy and bubbly (sugar and ginger). It froze clear, like I wanted it, and tasted lovely.

And how do flowers taste? They’re grassy, as they should be. You can handle this. Enjoy the pretty stuff.
