Pineapple PopsHere’s another popsicle. We’re ready for straightforward pineapple goodness.

Inspired by Martha Stewart’s “Pineapple Pops,” I poured four popsicles with this recipe. Into the food processor went a can of drained pineapple chunks, a bit of milk and a bit of sugar. I did mix half of it chunky, then pureed the remainder.

What a pleasant treat this became. Thanks to the milk, the popsicle texture was softer than solid ice. And thanks to that chunky pineapple, we delighted in everything that pineapple provides: solid, sweet, and frozen on a stick.

Stand by for more summertime pop-ups soon.
