Vietnamese Noodle Salad w/Grilled Pork ChopsHere’s a recipe from The Woks of Life that will maximize your time in the kitchen. While you marinate four pork chops, you’ll assemble nuoc cham sauce, and slice an onion for the “Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Seared Pork Chops.

And while you’re at it, you can julienne the cucumber, carrot, and ready the bean sprouts and the mint. Prep the rice noodles too! That’s all the work.

After frying my onions, I seared my pork chops till they were juicy. I poured all of the nuoc cham into the noodle salad.

We enjoyed the fish sauce funk, the garlic, and the juicy pork.
