Doogh is an minty/salty Iranian yogurt drink. So, what happens when you freeze it on a stick? The “Persian Yogurt (Doogh) Pops,” from Fix Feast Flair, dare to include slices of cucumber, as well. Crazy!

Easy to mix everything in the blender, including all those mint leaves. And a teaspoon of salt (yikes), and black pepper, even.


See your whitish popsicle and your brain will start thinking about vanilla ice cream. But, aha! Start licking, start biting, and you’ll get no sweetness. You’ll taste that salt and pepper, that tangy yogurt. The mint and vegetal cucumbers reminded me of a cucumber raita.

Savory, but soothing and interesting. I like this.
