I’ve fallen for a cute gimmick, and I don’t feel too guilty. I bought myself an oven-safe silicone lollipop mold and some lollipop sticks, in order to make the “Easy Homemade Lollipops” from Sugar Hero.

No special candy-making skills are necessary to make good lollipops. A 350-degree oven is all you need. Have a kid help you choose some hard candies (as I did), and melt them in the molds. Ten minutes?

Wow -- lollipops. Enjoy.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes to bake/melt, a few minutes to cool
