Inspired by my 14-year-old and various YouTube videos (Grace Helbig, Pam on Sunset), I accepted the dare to make “Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls.”
You heard me. I prepped a box of Annie’s Macaroni & Cheese, then unfurled some egg roll wrappers. I placed two heaping tablespoons in each wrap and rolled tightly.
I fried my rolls in ~¾ inch of safflower oil.
That’s it!
Everyone loves a warm crispy egg roll. Do whatever you want.
