Here’s a nice loaf cake without any butter. The “Greek Yogurt-Raspberry Loaf,” from Waylynn Lucas’ Sunny-Side Up, is moist due to its coconut oil and yogurt. Not too sweet, it is in fact tart, thanks to those raspberries. The coarse sugar crunch on top seals the deal.
